The George Washington High School is being charged with violation of a state statute prohibiting the distribution of contraceptives to minors.  The school has a policy of making contraceptives available to all students free of charge.  The school is now asserting that the state statute is unconstitutional.  Write a STRONGDiscussion/Analysis in support of the school’s contention based on Griswold v.
