The requirements of the memo are:
Each memo should be minimum of two pages long (double spaced)
1. Meeting Attend (The address in the MeMO)
2. Date and time of meeting
3. names of persons (i.e., commissioners) present at the meeting.
4. What was/ were the primary issue(s) addressed and/or decided at the meeting?
5. what was the role of the agency staff (the city planners) at the meeting ?
6. What positions were advanced by members of the public speaking at the meeting? Was public input provided by professionals (, engineers, architects, etc. )? Was this input clearly provided? Was this input effective? How would you have improved on the input by the professional (s)?
7. What decision (s) was/were reached at the meeting. Do you agree or disagree with the decision(s); explain your answer.
