”  As a part of your analysis, I would encourage you to use a SWOT analysis framework to guide your discussion, along with making connections to Chapter 3. When you use a SWOT analysis, think of the ‘S’ and ‘W’ as covering things internal to the organization, and the ‘O’ and ‘T’ as external (in the environment).  For example, a strength might be good patient satisfaction scores (org has more control), while a threat might be changing population demographics (org has no control). “
