I have a 1700 word essay i need done by December 4th. It is mla 2016 format and requires an annotated bibliography from at least 6 scholarly sources, one being a book. However this can be an ebook. The essay should begin with a pathos filled “hook” and offer 3 solid points on why it should be legal as well as 2 counter viewp01oints followed by a rebuttal. Lastly, three solutions to the problem should be made offering somewhat of a common ground such as Marijuana education classes and strict government regulations. In the additional documents I have attached the rubric, outline, and a sample essay on a different topic. I will provide access to my school’s scholarly databases.
