on two topics mainly on Managing change / conflicts and Motivation in a bank / organization which i had worked before. Below is the bank / organization background and issues which i was thinking to write:
A famous U.S. bank experienced many changes internally after the merger happened in the last economic crisis. There are much issues internally embedded in my
department (Trade Finance Dept) of the organizations (eg. communications, conflicts, politics between staff of two legacy banks, changes including structure, system,
people resistance to change including reporting line, legacy system replacement). I want to write something about how management resolve those conflicts / change and
motivate staff to accept the change by applying the related management theories successfully. Introduction should set the scene, identify the issue, state aims of this assignment. Main Body
Evaluate the utility of theory. Understand organization issues and problems.
Apply theories with supporting evidence.
Identify gaps, pros and cons, contribution to practice/theory.
Present ideas in a logical order.
Support ideas by evidence.-Conclusion:
Must follow on from the ideas and evidence that described in main body.
