Paper structure should follow D-I-E Process and no references are needed because it is part of Self Learning Journal that the professor has asked us to maintain throughout the semester. Need to mainly answer 2 questions:

•    Are you surprised by the results of the questionairre?
•    Do you agree with its finding that you may need to develop your leadership/management potential more than your management/leadership potential?

Management and Leadership
Section I – explore and examine M&L theory; foundation and current literature (7 pages)
Section II – outline the role of M&L in chosen discipline; different roles managers hold (3 pages)
Section III – analyzes Section II based on the theory discussed in Section I and makes recommendations (5 pages)
Dip into and read some of the political speeches and/or writings of either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump. What are the metaphors that either of the candidates uses, and what does that usage tell us about their political beliefs? What are the hidden meanings, ones they may not be aware of? What are the patterns? What are the inconsistencies? This is essentially a close reading of the candidates’ words and their ostensible and hidden meanings.

N.B.: This assignment should NOT be construed as an endorsement for anyone or any ideology, merely an analysis of the metaphors being used. Please provide at least three reputable sources.
