Term Paper

The paper should focus on strategic planning . This paper can then be how you would develop a strategic plan.

The paper must include a SWOT analysis, but may include other environmental assessments. The SWOT analysis should include the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, as well as any recommendations.

Papers are expected to be 10 to 15 pages, double-spaced in APA format. The paper should include the following:
• Table of Contents
• Introduction
• Background
• Current thinking
• Relationship to current/other organizations with which student is familiar
• Conclusion
• References
• Supplemental materials

An Executive Summary should be done for the paper. This should provide highlights of the paper and is used to entice the executive into reading the complete paper. It is placed between the title page and the table of contents.

A SWOT Analysis should be included in the paper. It can be incorporated into the body of the paper or as supplementary materials.

The introduction should include why this paper is being done; what is the point. The background provides a summary of the issue or case. Current thinking covers current literature relating to the topic. For the area of relationship to current or other organizations, explain how the subject compares or contrasts with those of another organization. This demonstrates the start of the benchmarking process. The conclusion is what you found out by conducting this research and exercise. There should be at least six references from journal articles, textbooks, or government publications (excluding textbooks from this course). These can be from various sources, but should include internet or online library resources.

I started this company with one partner on October 2015 , we have our own brand and design ,and special formula for different countries , our main products is brake pads we manufacture in canada , usa and china . our target market is Africa and Middeleast , we have special formula for the hot countries , and we are planning to add more products as we add lubricants , and we are working to add more products , before we add anything we make sure we have the good quality . we already start sale in north Africa , and now we are moving to south Africa we will attend some auto shows in africa and this is the best way to meet the costumers and to make costumers in africa . African customers can not get them by social media marketing , we have to visit them , and attend the shows there .
as we have to work and improve our website and we have to work on the marketing , marketing is very important and needs alot of money ,
after africa market we will move and add Asia Muddileast countries , next year we will attend the shows in Dubai ,
the problems we have : the competition is very high and we couldn’t get support with finance
as start up business we don’t have enough Money and we have a lot of expenses , and we have to attend the shows ,
we are looking to be the best quality and the known brand with our honest , and to be number one in the world
and now we are working to build bigger team and start working on our team to make it bigger to focus more in different area ,
and we will be in Kenya next month for one auto show , and we are planning to attend the auto show in south africa on September 2017
and in near future will target Canada and America ,
the good thing we have now , we speak Arabic and English , and we know the culture of african countries and middel east countries , and we studied the market very well , and we have good connection in this market , and that area is booming , and the market is very big because of high population . and the competition is not that high in africa but middeeast has high competition .
