Makeup

The  will be about makeup and should include the following:
a) Make up history (when, where, why, how) + tools ued in the past
b) Makeup trends then and now – compare between the make up in the past and present(highlight and contour is the present trend for example) + tool used now
c) Cultural makeup ( makeup in different cultures )
d) Makeup for different seasons – different colors for different seasons

e)  of the work, movement, techniques , likes and dislikes, the present value of the artwork

• 1000 words maximum
• 4 citations (in-text and work cited)
• Cited pictures to illustrate the topic ( if your image is from a website use the normal website citation – just be sure that the name of the person who posted/created/took the image is the same as the one who posted/wrote the web page. If you do not have names use the title of the web page)

Evaluation for the  (20%) will be based on the following:
? Develop research skills to increase visual awareness – Fulfillment of brief 10%
? Develop an appreciation of the work of artists 60%
? Develop the ability to appreciate copyright laws – Referencing and formatting 10%
? Demonstrate effective methodology of time  through project planning
and delivery – Layout (font size, page layout), Language skills (grammar, vocabulary,
punctuation, spelling) 20%

Evaluation for the presentation (5%) will be based on the following:
? Presentation format – number and sequence of slides, content 25%
? Visual materials, layout and design consistency (font, ) 25%
? Language skills– grammar, vocabulary, spelling 25%
? Oral skills – voice and pacing, body language and eye contact,
pronunciation, time limit 25%
