2. Choose two Outcomes from the Evaluation Outcomes list (page 253) and discuss each and how it will relate to your training. Discuss the types of information you would expect to gain from the measurement method.
3. Do a Cost-Benefit analysis (page 277) for your training session, estimating where necessary (assuming you were presenting to employees of your chosen organization). Discuss the benefit versus the cost of this training session, tying back to your original needs assessment to this discussion.
