Long-term care system

It should consist of at least 6-8 resources including the textbook long term- care managing across the continuum 3rd edition. At least 2 peer reviewed sources and the rest can be from the Internet. The paper should address the following questions in the form of scholarly paper: 1) what are the major challenges that have faced the long-term care system in recent years? 2)How successfully has the system responded to those challenges? 3) What changes Can be expected in long term care financing ( I.e. How will long term care be paid for?). 4) How will changes in technology impact long term care providers and consumers? 5) What might be some ethical challenges to be faced in long term care in the future? 6) what is the job outlook in the field of long term care? Must be 8 pages double spaced pages in length and formatted APA style 6th edition. Must include a title page with the following: title of paper, students name, course name, instructors name, date. Must begin with an introductory paragraph that has a succinct thesis statement. Must address the topics of the paper with critical thought. Must end use at least six scholarly resources. Must document all sources in APA style, and must include a separate reference page, formatted according to APA style.
