I have a presentation about the London Olympics 2012. In this presentation we have to talk about the project from engineering point of view. We have to talk about different elements. They are project life face, Organization strategy and culture , Project key phases.some others.
My part is

1) Key Dates:

What are the key dates for each phase?
Defining?
Planning?
Executing?
Closing?

2)Reducing project duration and cost:

Provide SPECIFIC example on a project segment (activity, milestone, phase) when duration was adjusted. What strategies were used to make this adjustment?
Provide SPECIFIC example on a project segment (activity, milestone, phase) when cost was adjusted. What strategies were used to make this adjustment?

3) Project closure

What type of project closure applies to 2012, and how the project was wrapped up?
What kind of post implementation evaluations were performed?
What retrospective analysis was performed on the games?.
