Most influential factors in management strategies lies on the innovativeness in business approaches formulated and utilized. I like the move to use cross functional team(s) to enhance delivery of the corporate goals through instilling coordination among major team members, with quality and exceptional impacts to the organization attained and retained.

Strategic organizational policy on integrating cross functional team as (Holland et al, 2000) contends, supports the maintenance of effectiveness in the supply of respective products or services to the target market. It has proved that once this step is adhered to, success is evident which propels other benefits for the organization as well as the members of the team.  More so, highlights on the benefits incurred facilitate the systematic coordination of the objectives set to be accomplished by the team, in terms of initiating competent projects, monitoring for continuous performance and implementing more functional strategies. However, ensuring strategies alignment to changing market and technological advancements which aid communication with the supply channel, hence fuel more success.

Success is always followed closely by barriers which in general determine it. Barriers in cross-functional team are evident with resources deficit, conflicting and additional responsibilities as well as maintenance of performance of the intended goals plus the team members too (Holland et al, 2000).

Policies geared towards maintaining the consistency performance of these teams or groups are a major contribution to the success envisioned. On the other hand, it is essential to consider the barriers that are presented, hence develop strategic approaches in mitigating them. The perspective on success by incorporating such teams would perhaps generate arguments on, how to balance consistency, resources, responsibilities and incentives for aggregate success.
