Light/Modified Duty Programs

Light/Modified Duty Programs

here is my teacher instructions

Please follow this link to access the recording of the Adobe Connect video on developing light/modified duty programs:

Also, please note a few things from the video concerning your assignment. First, unlike classes before you, you do NOT have develop job descriptions (neither regular or light-duty). With the class cancellations, etc., we just ran out of time to cover that as thoroughly as I would have liked. Second, I expect only about four to five pages for your policy/program. Finally, you’ll see that I posted several sample policies/programs in the course documents section of Blackboard. Some of these samples are good, and some not so much. Many are a bit longer than I would anticipate yours being. After watching the video and reading the supplemental materials, distinguish the good policies from the bad, and model yours after those. Remember, longer is not always better.
