Letter of employment
In 2,000 words, Choose an organisation (Aflac insurance company), which you feel is entrepreneurial, and which you might like to work for. Write a letter of employment, which describes why you feel the company is entrepreneurial and why your enterprise skills could benefit their organisation. You are only allowed to go above or below this word count by 10% otherwise marks may be deducted. Your report should contain the following:

€¢ Identify what an entrepreneurial organisation is (10%)
€¢ Explain why that business is entrepreneurial (15%)
€¢ Identify your entrepreneurial skills, attributes and behaviours (15%)
€¢ What are the benefits of entrepreneurial employees (20%)
€¢ Summary and recommendations (10%)
