This is a research paper over legalizing marajuna. I need –
Intro Paragraph – hook, background info, theses statement

Several (two to three at least) reasons that support the claim you have made in your thesis statement. For each reason, you need evidence to support it. Each reason is a
body paragraph.

Types of evidence include:
a. Data/statistics
b. Precedent (meaning proof it has happened before or that past situations prove it can happen again). This comes in the form of testimonials or stories from other peoples experiences.
c. Anecdotal evidence stories

In the paper you will also need to address the opponents side and a logical conclusion. This is a college essay and needs to be done in MLA.
