This is a learning team assignment which is divided into group members including myself. The portion in which I have to write about is as follows.
Communication: What communication strategies did the team use? Were they effective? How did these strategies enhance the team’s ability to collaborate? How did this affect leadership roles within the team? Explain your answer.
Roles: Explain the formation of the team. What roles were developed for each team member?
The emphasis of the Final Learning Team Paper must be on the team and not on particular individuals. In other words, it is not the intention to blame or praise certain individuals but rather to blame or praise the team as a whole. Members should be as honest about the team process as possible. Moreover, be aware of the temptation to avoid touchy subjects or questions. The topics the team may least want to talk about are probably those that need to be discussed the most. Consider the history of the Learning Team’s experience—including prior courses, if applicable—and address the following issues:
There should be at least three peer-reviewed articles referenced.
For the communication part we did messaging on the school website, emailing, and video conferencing.
For the roles, we had leaders and then we had others to do what the leaders thought were best for the team.
