In light of the selected theory, discuss ways in which you would motivated the employees under your supervision. 2) In an organizational pyramid, summarize your observations of communication problems faced. Why is there a downward communication when there is (a) Increasing Number of People, (b) Decreasing Power in Decision Making and why is there upward communications when (a) Increasing Rewards and (b) Increasing Status. Include a brief write up explaining why the concept of vertical communication is necessary in an organization with an established chain of command. Substantiate your rationale by citing examples of one or more criminal justice organizations.
