Final Information Paper:  Using an organization with which you are familiar, choose five key topics covered in this course (i.e. leadership, motivation, structure, groups, communication) to discuss in terms of their impact on the effectiveness of your organization model.  You are also to offer your recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness in these areas. A good paper involves location of resources and conducting good analysis and thinking concerning the topic of the paper.  The paper will be six to ten typed pages, double-spaced, MS Word format, conform to written guidelines, and the following structure is suggested:

1. Description of the organization (brief).  For example: industry, age, structure, stage in the life cycle, scope (international or local), size, etc.
2. Definition and discussion of organizational effectiveness.  How does the organization define and measure effectiveness?
3. Discussion of how key topics impact organizational effectiveness.  Discuss and evaluate your organization in terms of five key topics covered in this course.  How do these contribute or not contribute to the effectiveness of the individuals, groups, and/or organization?
4. Recommendation for change.  What are your specific recommendations in the areas described above to improve organizational effectiveness?
5. Conclusion.  Summary of points 2, 3, and 4.  Remember that the conclusion also reinforces the purpose of your introduction!
