COMPLEX ADAPTIVE LEADERSHIP AND ITS EFFECTS ON CHANGE PROCESS

This assignment aims to make students understand the importance of leading people within organizations. Each individual assignment seeks to offer an analysis concerning the relative application of various aspects of complexity leadership or neuroleadership and their effects on a change process within an organisation. In particular, students aim to develop their own arguments based on theory as well practical examples that they can find from their companies/organisations by investigating and discussing one of the two (2) topics given below.
Each of the topics below includes indication questions that can guide thinking process:
1. Complex Adaptive Leadership and its Effects on Change Process.
• How does complexity affect the way that organisations are structured, function and change?
• What aspects of chaos theory managers can use in leading change within their organisations?
• What is and how relational leadership is related to change management?
• What is responsible leadership and what are the boundary conditions and contingency factors for responsible leadership in relation to change in organisations?
Total number of words should be around 4.000 (each section is defined by number of words, so take a look o attachment in order to follow exact flow as given in advance)
ASSESSMENT CRITERIA (please bare in mind all following informations)
1. Critical analysis of Literature review in relation to the topic with proper references.
2. Quality of research and analysis in relation to the topic
3. Ability to use complexity or/and neuroscience and behavioral science theories to discuss (there is a lot of files regarding neuroscience and leadership of change by Dimitriadis N. and Psychogios, A) those writers are important in this assignment
4. Evaluation and synthesis of substantial arguments from the source material.
5. Number and quality of referenced used (18-10 minimum!!)
6. A clear and well-organised structure of work (subsections with subtitles)
7. A clear abstract demonstrating purpose and main arguments of the assignment
Students are expected to submit:
An essay of 4,000 words
The size of the fonts should be 12
The space between lines should be 1,5
There should be clear space between paragraphs and sections
