Differences in leadership styles of men and women. There are three books that must be cited. 1) The Corporate Dominatrix by Lisa Robyn 2) Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus by John Gray and 3) Stop Whining & Start Winning by Molly Dickinson Shepard.
At least one side by side comparison of variations in the style of men vs. the style of women. This should include style differences and the variation in the perception of male and female leaders.
Mistakes of male and female leadership styles can also be included.
