This modules discussion board assignment requires two threads:

Thread one: In your first thread identify the predominant leadership style, as described in the Borkowski text, where you work (transactional, transformational, servant, or collaborative). Describe the positive and negative outcomes that result from that leadership style.
Thread two:  Maccoby, in Chapter 9, discusses theories both learned and personally developed, and theories that are descriptive (categorical) and normative (predictive). He discusses the concept of single- and double-loop learning. In this thread explain how you relate the styles described in Borkowski, with single- and double-loop learning as described by Maccoby. (note: there is not one correct understanding of how leadership style and single- and double- loop learning relate in this thread explain how you think they relate.
