One of the Republican candidates running for the Presidency in
2016, has argued that no Muslims should be allowed to enter the United States.
His belief comes from the fact that there are Muslim extremists who have declared jihad on the
West and the fact that the extremists pose a security risk to the nation. This view stands in
opposition to American values that welcomes immigrants into the United States particularly when
they are fleeing persecution from their home country. Based on these thoughts, answer the following questions.
