Order Description

-The task is to first read the case study attached and then answer ques 1,5,6,7 of the case study ques doc. Please remember to crtically evaluate the case when answering the ques.
-Please provide in-depth analysis and evaluation link it with relevant theories of knowledge and innovation management.
-The analysis and link with theory part are the most important elements in this essay.
-Please read the instructions and FOLLOW THE STRUCTURE i wrote on the ‘Coloplast case study question’ document.
-The key text book that have all the relevant theories is:
Newell, S., Robertson, M., Scarbrough, H. and Swan, J. (2009). Managing knowledge and innovation (2nd Ed), Palgrave. -Please use this book as theory to support ur arguments, and you should also find additional books or journals that you think can support your arguments.
– I have attached a reading list with all the relevant research studies and journals on this topic. PLEASE USE THE MATERIALS ON THIS READING LIST WHEN U DO THE CRTICAL EVALUATION.

-*You can connect ques that are interrelated to each other and linking them together , if you think they reinforce each other. Remember need in-depth analysis.

– References must be academic sources. Take the case as is written, don’t search for additional stuff of coloplast.
-** focus on ORGANIZTIONAL RESTRUCTURING in this case, make assumption of whether it is a good or bad case. there is no right or wrong as long as you argued it well.
