Written Assignment – The written assignment requires each student to draft an article of 20-25 pages in length, fully footnoted with proper citation format of all resources. Provide outline, table of contents and reference page, along with footnotes, this will not be included as part of the 20-25 pages of written required material.
Please include but do not limit to only these in the paper:
-The written assignment will be about Juvenile Rehabilitation in the United States (ONLY).
-Address the attributes of offenders that become reoffenders. Address the attributes of offenders that do not reoffend.
-Discuss why some juveniles reoffend while others do not.
-Discuss the background of offenders and reoffenders.
-Provide statistics of reoffenders and offenders.
-Address who is most likely to become reoffenders vice those who do not reoffend.
