Maybe we can do that again this coming Friday.  So, this week we look at Josiah Royce, “The Conception of God” and “The Philosophy of Loyalty” (pp. 156-168).  He’s a philosophical idealist, but also relates to “absolute” pragmatism.  I’m going to not post any notes this week and see how well you do on your own!
