Let’s say you’re in the trucking business, which is an industry that has a very difficult time attracting employees who are willing to be away from their families for over 50% of the time. You have drummed up a lot of business, you have companies that are waiting for you to pick up and mover their merchandise, but you are short of actual truck drivers to conduct these runs for you.
