you will write a persuasive essay of at least 1,000-words related to the issues discussed in class. You must use the course materials (In Defense of a Liberal Education and Educated) and at least one other peer-reviewed scholarly source. You will cite these sources using a style guide (MLA or APA) with in-text citations as well as a citation page.

Note: this is not a personal essay. You will need to write in third person. This means you wont write I believe or In my experience. Instead you may write sentences like Some believe or One might experience.
