PART ONE
Based on the sexual harassment case study, develop an interview plan. This section should articulate your approach for interviewing each of the following people: the accused, the accuser, and witness(es).
Prepare a set of interview questions for each person in the claim. You will develop general and case-specific questions for the accuser, accused, and the witness(es).
PART TWO
Write a brief report based on your assessment of the case (assuming the allegation is true). Given the limited information in the case, you should raise additional questions and/or note what additional information is needed. Most important is your advice on how the organization should proceed.
