THE factor i am focusing on is INTERNATIONAL COMPENSATION. This company is planning to expand to AUSTRALIA. The paper should be written with all terms from INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. Jamaican Cuisine is a wholly owned Jamaican company which markets and distributes Jamaican food products (fresh and canned) to the Caribbean and the

. Since 2012 the company has embarked on aggressive growth and has successfully set up operations in additional countries in the

. Despite the strong growth Jamaican Cuisine has kept strong to its vision of building the Jamaican food brand. In their internationalization efforts, Jamaican Foods will be building new markets showcasing Jamaican cuisine.

Jamaican Foods will be entering the larger international market for the first time through sales subsidiaries, pursuing an Ethnocentric Approach for various managerial and key roles to include those of the Logistics Manager and the Manager Accounting and Administration, who will be setting up a similar distribution company that has been used in Home Market that has proven to be successful. Both managers will be sent on three-year assignments each.
