Order Description
You have to present a case study in which Intercultural Communication conflicts arose in a Business environment (e.g. a Business failure due to intercultural conflicts, a bad management of multicultural groups, an advertising campaign, etc.). You can find a case study in specialised journals, mass media or in other materials. A critical reflection on the case study is expected with the aid of the theories and materials seen in class and other references. A possible solution to this problem should be included, based on the student´s reflection on the topic and her readings. (Word limit: 2500 words).
