Go to the Bureau of Labor Statistics website (www.bls.gov) and gather several statistics of relevance to your safety topic. Some topics may have more information available than other so try to find statistics that are most closely associated with your topic. Prepare a listing of your findings and document the exact URL address to the statistics. Prepare the data to be paraphrased or place it in your own chart/graph, or copy information as a quote, then cite the figure correctly in APA format. You may submit another version of the Resource Documentation log OR make a separate Reference page.

Now you will be working on part 4(Prepare an Information or an Indictment)
Imagine yourself as a local prosecutor. Decide if and what you will charge Gilbert with. Decide what charges you will bring against Gilbert.
Charges may be misdemeanors or felonies or both. Be sure you indicate the degree of the charge(s)
Are you going to charging Gilbert as an adult or juvenile? Are going to charge Gilbert by taking your package of evidence first to a grand jury or are you going to file a direct information with a local Clark office?

Remember an Indictment or Information is a charging document.
