I need a 1750-2450 word formal research paper, complete with illustrations, table of contents, citations, references all in APA format.  The topic is “Improving Customer Service” and chose Comcast as the company to base this research paper on. I have attached the outline I had to complete, along with a progress report on it.  I would prefer it NOT to be PERFECT, as that may arise suspicion. I have provided graded assignments based on this paper for your reference so you can see where I’ve been going with it, as well as what I mean about not being totally perfect.
