Impact of learning managment system in eduction

need to have survey about impact of learning management system on parents and I need to include the following :-
1. first section of user interface design ( first make new title and make 7 items regarding the user interface design of using the LMS.
2. second section should write about self Efficiency of computer ( make 6 items

3. in the third and forth section should add base of your research about the topic like parent satisfaction of using the system and Usability, type of device use it, challenging , Helpful areas for parents in case of arrange meeting with teacher regarding their kids and so on..
