Imagine you are an internationally renowned artist. Write a proposal for an installation of a public work of art. Discuss your plan, outline: materials, form/image, site, and meaning or intent. What ROLE OF ART will you put into play with this work? Use terms, techniques and concepts you learned about in your readings. Discuss the messages that you expect viewers or participants might derive from your proposed work, and analyze how this message can best be communicated. Consider what revenue streams you might investigate to cover your expenses. You must also upload sketches of your proposed work (nothing elaborate, just enough to give an idea of what is going on) See the rubric below for specific details. Please remember to include your image files and keep them small. There is no official word count for this project. DO A GOOD JOB. USE AS MANY WORDS OR AS FEW AS YOU NEED TO ADDRESS EACH POINT IN THE ASSIGNMENT AND ON THE RUBRIC.

DUE DATES: The first draft is due by Friday, July 1 at 4PM

I will read the rough draft and get you feedback by Sunday, July 10 8AM. If you can get your rough draft finished sooner, then I can review it sooner.
