Human Resources Strategic Plan




This will be a large paper with mini milestone deliverables required.  The first milestone deliverable is the outline of the paper due this coming Friday (7/18/2014).  I would like to select one writer who will help from beginning to end of the project and therefore would need your commitment to do so.  The second deliverable will be a annotated bibliography for the paper, the third will be a purpose statement and then the final deliverable will be a 10 page paper (not including title page, table of contents, reference page or appendix).

First deliverable needs to consist of an outline to cover the following topics with two-three sentences for each topic:

Strategic Contribution

Personal Credibility

HR Delivery Metrics

Key Performance Measurements (KPM)

Action Plan for each functional area

HR Mission statement

HR vision statement and objectives
