?What are some of the typical considerations for how organizations design compensation and benefits packages?
?What types of benefits packages are most attractive to workers at different stages in their career? At a minimum, discuss the needs of younger workers, middle-aged workers, and workers nearing retirement

Read the attached article, entitled “How HR Can (Re)Build Trust.” Write a 1-2 page paper critiquing the thesis that most employees don’t trust their HR departments. Provide references/documentation to support your analysis. Also, interview at least 3 professionals who work in organizations that have HR representatives/departments. Sample questions include: Do you trust HR? Do your co-workers? Why or why not? What can HR do to increase trust in organizations?
