HRM in a Global Context

Imagine that you are members of an HR team for a medium sized UAE company which is setting up an office in new country which is in USA . You are responsible for establishing the company’s HR policies in USA; but you need to get approval from your firm’s board of directors on the approach you recommending .

Under each sub-heading , i need main point ,and a mini explanation , be creative , no huge paragraph
I need at least 9-10 Harvard references , for the second part , i need solid back up of it
At least two comparative graphs , between the employees and employers in both countries mention above
