Note your interests, work styles, and what your interest scores mean. Note from Holland’s Theory your preferred work environments, your least preferred. Read through the list of intrinsic and extrinsic values. Rank order the values from which are most important to least important.

You are required to answer the following question in an essay format:
Consider the ways in which action learning is practised and applied in organisations, including the ways in which it is used to develop leaders and managers. How might action learning help to deal with what has been termed the ‘wicked problems’ of organisational life? How might your learning from other topics covered in this unit affect , or be relevant to, the practice and application of this form of development?
Your work should cite a range of appropriate, good quality sources in support of the arguments you make. These should include case examples from organisations such as CIPD, and relevant academic journals. This is an academic piece of work with a practitioner focus, so it must be properly researched and referenced. You will be expected to integrate theory AND practice in your essay, and you must include a list of references.
