A Report 1800 – 1900 words Purpose and description of assessment task. The aim of the report is to improve your ability to analyse, compare and contrast factors across two different countries (Australia and selected country: Japan): and to relate your analysis to international human resource management. A student need to look at how human resource management is organised in your country of choice (Japan) and point out some of the similarities and differences between these countries. You may wish to concentrate on a few areas (because HRM is a broad area) such as policy, procedures and law, or examine this area broadly. – A presentation 6 slides. It is a ‘snapshot’ of the report.
