Each student will prepare an individual case/paper that focuses on a real-world situation that HR Strategy has or will be needed. These situations can be current a business situation / dilemma or current / recent legislation passed that will affect companies going forward. We will need to understand your issue/ concern, using models toward understanding the issues and recommending potential solutions. The case will build through a series of deliverables, culminating in a final, brief presentation to the class.
The two Individual Case assignments are:
Individual Paper Individual Presentation – Summation Your paper should have 4- 6 pages of content, APA style ,not including the required cover sheet, a reference page (for citations regarding the organization and course concepts), and an appendix page (for tables and figures, if necessary).
