My Objective:
My day is split to two main tasks:
1) Sales (As a Junior Sales Executive):
• Assess Sales Pipeline.
• Generate Leads (Phone calls to companies or visiting them)
• Sales Meeting to understand Client Infrastructure Requirements.
• Design Architecture based of requirement of clients.
• Prepare proposals.
2) Technical and Consulting: (As an IT Consultant)
• Live Helpdesk support using remote access and onsite visits.
• Onsite weekly scheduled visits to check servers health and status, and drawing up reports including information such as : Internet speed test results, how much free data does servers have, ram and CPU proficiency, routers test.
• Project roll out including project Management support, Email Migrations, and Server/Application.
