I have a new laptop (less than 6 months old), bought it brand new. Just recently, when I was using the internet it would direct me to other pages and things kept popping up on whatever I was on. I m not sure what I clicked on to get the virus but I obviously clicked on something. I ve downloaded two different virus removers, the first one did nothing and the second one helped a little but ads are still popping up on my computer and sometimes I m still directed to other pages. Its really annoying.

Note: I used Norton first and then Kapersky. I cannot pay for any, so if you have a good FREE virus removal, that would be very helpful.

I really need to save this computer – it was $1,000 and I paid for it with my own money.

All I ever do on the internet usually is facebook and the sims3 website, and obviously google.
