There needs to be a front cover sheet, contents page, appendix (if used) and alpha order reference list. You need to use the Harvard referencing style only. These are open ended, evidence based questions so you need to find evidence to make your case and to make the points you wish to make. You need to use peer reviewed journals only for your evidence but I’ll accept graphs, charts or statistics if these are part of your argument but ensure they are referenced. I will accept supranational banks, for example IMF, or any central bank eg RBA.
You are expected to undertake research into the two areas of study and undertake an element of critical thinking . This is a chance for students to find their own voice and view backed up by evidence from journals. Students are expected to present their findings using graphical, statistical and written analysis. Each essay should be a minimum of 1200 words.
This is regarding critical analysis: ? ?’critically’ is a word often used in conjunction with another directive word such as ‘critically discuss’, ‘critically examine’ or ‘critically analyse’. It does not mean criticise. Instead, it requires a balanced answer that points out mistakes or weaknesses, and which also indicates any favorable aspects of the subject. The decision or overall judgment you make about the factors that you are discussing must be supported with evidence from reliable sources.
