Hostile Work Environment

Have you ever been a victim of a hostile work environment? (one that may have involved a type of harassment (explain type) a quid pro quo favor, minority insensitivity, discrimination, etc) If so, discuss.

Also, if you find yourself in an uncomfortable situation at work, how will you handle it? What sort of factors are important to you that will make you want to speak up? If you notice a fellow employee being a victim of a hostile work environment, how would you react?
