Part 1: Design then create a database that you would expect a veterinarian’s office to contain regarding the pets, owners, and appointment details. This does not need to be an extensive database and should not (at this point) contain billing information. I will be evaluating the structure of your database, the data types, comments assigned to each field, as well as the primary key association(s) that you use.
Part 2: Create, Run, and Save the queries indicated below.
If you do not have multiple possible results for the following queries, please enter more data into your tables to ensure thorough testing. Name each query according to the Query name / number indicated below (i.e. Query1).
Query1: Create and run a query where you display all of the fields and content for your Customers table.
Query2: Create and run a query where you display only the customer’s first name, last name, and phone number from your Customers table.
Query3: Create and run a query where you display all of the fields and content for only your male dogs derived from your Pets table.
Query4: Create and run a query where you display all of the fields and content for appointments scheduled after May 1 derived from your Appointments table.
Query5: Create and run a query where you display all of the fields and content for all pets scheduled for a Rabies shot.
Query6 and Query7: Create and run a query where you determine the criteria.
