Organization: should be easy to follow
Background: do not make it too fussy
Font size: appropriate so it can be clearly read
References: Harvard referencing to be followed in text citations and reference section. About 6 references should suffice

Introduction: background material which outline the current problems with your chosen topic.
Should include aetiology of disease with some detail on mechanisms and treatment.
