By Thursday, in a post of approximately 400 words, answer the following prompt.

* Provide a brief synthesis of what the article is about, and make connections with the concepts in chapter 13. Specifically describe the advantages and limitations (data, reliability, feasibility) for analyses of costs and value. Use concepts learned through the semester (like individuals responsiveness, elasticity, preferences, opportunity cost, supplier induced demand) to provide synthesis of this article. 

* In your post, consider how the recommendation by the authors can be applied to an area of health care you are interested on (e.g., long term care, nursing facilities, acute hospital care, etc)
