I wrote a sample story for professor about a young girl from new Orleans who slowly found out her ailing grandmother (who has been cursed) practices voodoo. not only that, but her mother and aunt Vicky are both voodoo practitioners. I would like a story about the girl (named kayla) going to visit her grandmother along with her mom (chrissie).
note: the family is black/creole and grandmother lives in a nice mansion an hour away from New Orleans. the aunt also where a lot of make and gaudy clothing.
