The main intention for this meeting is to tackle the various challenges arising from having a proper and a working workforce plan. The critical analysis to be made is to analyze if the company still in its vision or not, if the workforce plan is giving value to its employees, if the company is meeting the demands of consumers and if as a company are meting the demand of the global market. Strategies already employed The strategy employed by the company so as to have a strong and a dependable workforce is; long term opportunities to employees, fair remuneration based on efforts and skills and safe working environment. Also put in place is the strategy to have a cordial relationship between the government and the organization. The company should meet all the standards that have been laid down by the state. The need for competent workforce in place is because most of the company’s technicians are advanced and working in age and working less hours, so the company needs young and energetic employees. The company’s production should is eco-friendly so as to help in environment preservation and to meet this. All the products being used by the company are bio-degradable thus meeting the global standard of environment preservation. Reasons to embrace change The global market for our products is constantly changing and it should be put into consideration that we should be able as a company to stand the test of time. For our products to be readily available in market and to release new intriguing brands frequently to the market, we got to employ an excellent expertise that will be able to spearhead for the company to meet all these challenges. A workforce plan in place should be able to handle all these issues arising. The need for competed The company should also employ the use of technology help offer services like online training. Employing of technology will also make work more efficient thus help in cutting of costs. Most of the workforce employed now are skilled and meet the required standard of customer’s specifications but are not up to date in matters related to technology and they need updating and training so as to make them competent.
