Read Crews’ paper “Strategies for Implementing Sustainability” listed in the Supplementary Readings. (If you have not studied the concept of sustainability, this article will provide a definition and examples). This week’s discussion board debate is to assess the implications of the concept of “sustainability” on human resource management. How will this concept affect recruitment, training and development, organizational change, etc.? Find research that supports your debate and respond to two peers’ postings.
